I'm totally invested in my client's search, regardless of difficulty or time and effort required. 

 

This is not a minor point.  Extra-challenging searches are inevitable.  Recruiters, in general, have a reputation for abandoning a search if it can't be filled quickly (generally within a few weeks).  I do not abandon or throttle-down on searches.  I own each search I accept.  I stay fully engaged until my client's role is successfully filled.
